Warm Chocolate Oats Smoothie

Serving: serves 1
 
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups non-fat milk, warmed
½ cup Quaker Oats (Quick 1-minute)
1 small banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 scoop protein powder * (whey, soy, pea, or rice)
*Note: to provide 20 grams of protein
 
Directions:
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
