Mermaid Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • Half a large banana
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina 
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Toppings: all optional! 
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and mix.
  2. Chill and soak in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, blend once more and pour into bowl.
  4. Top away!
