Loaded Lemony Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp dried cherries, unsweetened
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
 
Directions:
  • Combine all ingredients
  • Divide evenly between 3 sealable containers
  • Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight
